Tebogo matriculated in 1981 at Hofmeyr High School in Atteridgeville and obtained the degrees of B.Juris and BA LLB from the University of the North. He served articles at D Z Tantsi Attorneys and Adams & Adams. and acted as a part-time lecturer at University of the North.
He was admitted as an Advocate in the then Transvaal Provincial Division in 1990 and in the Bophuthatswana General Division in 1992. He commenced practice at the Johannesburg Bar in December 1990 and has practiced as a member of the Johannesburg Bar ever since. In 2015 he was a founding member of the Polokwane Bar and served as a member of the Polokwane Bar Council and Chairperson of the Pupilage Committee. Tebogo took Silk in 2011 and acted as a judge in the High Court.
Tebogo enjoys a practice dealing with Commissions of Inquiry, Labour Law, Administrative Law, Personal Injuries, Criminal Law and General matters.
