Sipokazi Poswa-Lerotholi holds a BA (Law) and LLB degrees and was admitted to the Durban Society of Advocates in 1999, she was also a member of the Society of Advocates, Cape Town. In 2013, she joined the Johannesburg Society of Advocates. She took silk in 2019. Her preferred areas of practice include administrative, constitutional and labour law. She has appeared in the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the High Courts, the Equality Court, the Medical Schemes Tribunal and on various arbitration panels. She has acted as a judge in several High Courts across the country as well as being a commissioner on commissions of inquiry.
