Omphemetse Ken Chwaro holds a B.Juris and LLB degrees and was called to the Bar in 1999 as a practising member of the North West Bar, Mahikeng until 2001 when he joined the public service in senior management level in legal services. He came back to join the North West Bar from 2010 until 2016 when he was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates. Main areas of interest are administrative, public procurement, regulatory, construction, labour, customary and general commercial law. He has appeared in the High Court, Labour Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court. He also presides over various tribunals, arbitrations and has served as an acting judge in the North West and Northern Cape Divisions for a number of terms.
